- With the Essential Advantage plan, preventive services are 100% covered at in-network providers. Restorative services are 10% - 80% covered, depending on which service it is and how long you have had the plan.
- With the Superior Advantage plan, preventive services are completely covered at in-network practices. Restorative services are 25% - 80% covered, depending on which service it is and how long you have had the plan.
- With the Brighter Advantage plan, you enjoy complete coverage for preventive care at in-network providers, 25% - 80% for restorative coverage, and coverage for orthodontic services.
With Delta PPO plans, you are free to visit any dentist. However, visiting an in-network dentist like Dr. Alex Goodman comes with unique advantages. For example, you will enjoy a higher level of coverage for certain services (a service that is 100% covered at in-network practices may be only 80% covered at out of network practices).
Also, keep in mind that PPO plans enforce an annual maximum (the most that Delta will pay out for approved services within a year). We can help you get more out of your annual maximum because we have a contract with Delta that controls prices.
